Using the service

Tickluma provides browser-based timers and related informational pages. You may use the service for lawful personal, educational and business purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use automated activity that harms availability for others.

No account or purchase

The current timer is available without registration or payment. These terms do not create a subscription or promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Alarm limitations

Browser and device restrictions can delay or prevent sounds when a tab is in the background, a device sleeps, volume is muted or permissions are restricted. Test the alarm, keep the page open and use a dedicated safety-critical alert for medication, cooking hazards, travel, emergencies or any situation where a missed signal could cause harm.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Tickluma useful and available, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The Tickluma name, site design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the timer normally, but may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the site as your own service without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
